Historic 1br King Bed Walk downtown 5min to beach

Great property! Very close to everything. The host Beth was great when we had any questions.

This was our second stay at this property since June. We had to travel to the area on family business. The location was convenient, the acommodations very comfortable, and the host very responsive to our needs.

Great place to stay. House has 4 similar "rooms" in main house. Each with living room, bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom . 2 units upstairs and 2 down. They have their own entrances except the 2 units at front of house which share a foyer and entrance through front door (key coded) then each unit has key coded doors. We has 3 to 4 other guests with no issues regarding noise etc. There is a local train (Brightline commuter) that passes several blocks away as stated in description. Not a big deal. Place was clean and well decorated with most necessities provided. Great location walk downtown Melbourne to plenty of shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, breweries etc. Easy drive to local beach and other beaches as well. Some parks with free beach parking and some w rest rooms, outdoor showers etc. Fee parking is easy as well. Host always responds and check in is a breeze. Highly recommend.

I stayed here for three weeks and had a very pleasant experience. The place was clean, cozy, and comfortable throughout my stay. The location was excellent, with easy access to downtown, which made getting around very convenient. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and would gladly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place.
